Shipping
Most items listed on our online store are in stock at our fulfillment center in San Diego, CA. We guarantee to ship all orders the next business day however most orders that are placed before 3.00pm PST are shipped same business day! We aim to make your shopping experience very simple by implementing flat shipping rate as follows:

• US First Class Shipping, Free for Orders above $25, else $2.95 - (2-9 days)
• US Expedited Shipping $20.00 - (2-3 days)
• International Priority Shipping $15.00 - (5-7 days)
• International Expedited Shipping $30.00 (3-5 days)
• International First Class Shipping $7.00 (Varies, takes longer)
• Fedex International Shipment - $50 per Order.

Our Product
All our items are brand new; we do not buy or re-stock used products.However some of the packagings of the CDs might not look brand new, the reason is that these CDs were exposed to dust/rain/wear and tear in the stores in Nigeria and other African countries where we purchase these CDs.

Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore we strive to provide accurate description of the items we carry. We source our items from trusted suppliers whom we have verified their products. In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or defective product, please notify us immediately preferably through email so we can send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for you to send back the product in the address provided in your order. Please allow 3 business days for your returns to be processed.

All music and movie sales are final. The reason is that both of these items can easily be duplicated. The exception of course is if you received a wrong or defective item. Full refund will be issued for items that has not been shipped. Books should be returned in original packaging with no mark or highlight within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a full refund if the reason for the return is due to inaccurate product description otherwise we would issue store credit or charge 20% restocking fee whichever is your preference.

Our orders are shipped primarily through USPS; we encourage you to provide a valid email address during checkout so we can email you a tracking number once your order is shipped.
